About the Guest
With over 20 years of experience in costume design for film and stage, Bryant McLemore Smith brings artistry, resilience, and bold storytelling to every project. His recent work includes designing for Bronzeville: The Musical at the Apollo Theater and contributing to three post-COVID film productions in 2024: Long Division, Love on Air, and the upcoming romantic comedy Stand By.
A career highlight was traveling the globe as wardrobe lead for Mary J. Blige’s iconic No More Drama Tour. Beyond the glitz of entertainment, Bryant channels personal experiences into powerful narratives.
